Aperina Studios Web Development team was given a special task of redeveloping the PEMA.tv website. PEMA stands for Russian Evangelical Media Association (Russian: Русско-Евангельская Медиа Ассоциация) that streams and specializes in broadcasting faith-based TV shows for local, national, and international partners online. Their expectation was to improve the overall functionality, enhance the server’s performance, and to comfort the user interface.

Behind the web development team, Igor and Vitaliy took the challenge, and worked together, tackling the project in a single month. Nevertheless, we are continuously working and upgrading the website, striving to achieve possibly outstanding results.

Due to the success of the website, we have implemented many more great features. One main feature is a paid subscription service or partners in ministry. Anyone willing to donate a minimum amount of $7 a month will receive videos 3-4 month before guests do on the site. Also they may communicate with the authors of the TV shows on a more personal level through an integrated blog. This helps the guys at PEMA cover the expensive costs to run this website.

Our biggest speed improvement is our newly implemented CDN (Content Delivery Network) for our website. This redirect our users to the closest of the 18 servers around the world to load the videos at the fastest and most reliable speed. Anyone interested more in this CDN stuff should visit EdgeCast as they are our providers for this amazing network. Hulu uses a similar service to deliver its videos across the globe to it’s millions of user.

Aperina Studios redesigned and developed a new website that reflected the innovatory philosophy that differentiates the Law Offices of Jon Jacobs from their competitors. The Run to New York is an adequate donation website that we designed and set up for the journalism students at Antelope High School, Antelope, CA. It’s meant to help support the Titanium yearbook and The Titan Times newspaper editors in financial funding for a field trip to pick up their earned prestigious Gold Crown nominations from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association. We created an elegant online donation collection system with event information, photos, and other resources.
